I can't go to sleep :l

My boyfriends asleep and I shouldnt wake him up because he has work tomorrow and I'm very completely sleepy but I cant sleep. :l EL 7AL BANADOL COLD AND FLU. sa7?

    la2a da mosh 7al... try reading. after a few minutes you will find yourself nodding off to sleep :) it works for me all the time. definitely dont wake your bf up, he needs his rest and energy or he will be grumpy all day tomorrow! :P

    Trouble sleeping might be pathology, psychology or it just the environment.

    1- if its a pathology, you might need to check it out.. usually some drug poisoning, tumors and other well known disease can cause insomnia.. contrary to popular beliefs that overweight man sleep easier is actually a lie, because overweight people hard to get to sleep because of their abdomen is crushing the diaphragm that controls the lung...

    2- Stress, or something like unfinished thoughts or business or curiosity can sometimes make ones brain to wonder off and not to sleep..

    3- Environment wise, some people prefer to sleep in the dark, with some light, with some white noise on the background, with pillows around him or her built like a fortress...

    The point is that, it can be any of these 3 causes.. I would suggest you make yourself a warm milk and add a dash of cinnamon... Milk have tryptophan that helps you sleep... Work out in the morning or 6 hours before your bed time... the strain of the work out will help you sleep like a baby. Aoid drinking any caffeinated beverage 2-4 hours before bed, like tea, coffee, coca-cola, pepsi and such... avoid heavy meals and sugary meals 2-4 hours before bed.... sleep in a consistent time so it will become like a switch, warm bath, tight cuddle, sex and orgasm, massage and calming music and books always help..

    lastly if all this not helping, (like me, masturbating keep me active) drugs like sleeping pills, TCA or SSRI or OTC sleeping aids like herbs or chemical helps..though check with your doctor...
