Egyptian lgbt after the crackdown

A+ A-

Hey everyone .. I'd love to reach egyptian lgbt members in Egypt specially, that it has been hard on all of us after the police started hunting us since mashro3 Leila concert so, it will be great if we could have each other support.

It is a tragic event. Even tho it was just waving a flag and not a murder. Why cant they just let us be, im sure they can go solve a more critical problem. Instead they go hunting for people who haven't done anything. This is frustrating.

Only this one incident. ...they are not hunting for anyone ,unless they came upon something by coincidence ,they just instill this fear in our minds ,just a fable ,fear induced mind control , there's no police sporting trench coats and flashing their techs and forces to chase after us, this country is operating on a tight budgets ,chasing us is the least of priorities I guess ,I mean it seems more plausible, unless u gave them something so tangible and in the light ,why would we give them this ?even straights keep their privacy to a point ,they are not in the closet like ushe ofc yet privacy is coded in our DNA as human beings, the incident u mentioned (mashro3 Laila ) was giving them something obvious like putting it under their noses hence they acted upon it ,yes we should be careful but that doesn't mean living in fear .
