Is it possible to fall in love with someone you have never seen?

A+ A-

It's seems stupid but I really like someone I've never seen . I don't know if it's love or something else, all I know is that I can't get her out of my mind. So could this really happen??

oh absolutttteeely! of course. it happened to me before as well. sometimes though you fall in love with the "idea" of a person, and when you meet them you feel there is no physical chemistry. but other times you meet someone after youve fallen for them (without seeing them first) and you end up loving them more.

it happens and there were many great arab writers who fell in love with each other through letters and literature only. like gibran khalil and may ziadah.

in this day of online dating also it happens very frequently. a lot of people end up getting married after not seeing each other for years and just talking online. sometimes without even having shared any photos (tho for me i cant do that because its easy for others to also catfish you if they dont share images or at least video chat.)

anyways main point is that it happens and its beautiful

  • Well..duhhh!
Don't worry, you're not the 1st nor will be the last
Its totally normal to have feelings for someone you haven't seen before, love or just a big crush, you'll be sure when you keep getting to know each other better.

I assure you that you're wrong, you need a physics that match the mind and the personallity, I'll bet you would never fall in love her if she looked like Gollum (and it's worst if you've labeled yourself as a lesbian or so, then you'll only fall for 'girls' )

Yes totally possible. I'm having a long distance relationship too and i'm so in love with her. I believe in LDR's love because you don't just love them for their face or body- but you fall in love with their soul and personality..

    Yes.
love is about respecting, understanding, caring and passion ... so if you have all of these, its love.. but, if that person is living in another country/state, i wouldn't advice you to have a relationship with her, long distance relationships tend to be stressful.
