Hi y'all! How's it going? I'm a gay Arab dude living in the us. And right now I'm writing a research paper for school about LGBT+ people in the middle east. One thing I want to talk about is religious education and how it influences cultural homophobia.
I've already found an online pdf of the Saudi Islamic Jurisprudence textbook for 10th graders and Yemen's curriculum for 12th graders, both basically said that gay people should be executed and that it's the worst sin ever.
Does any of you have knowledge on the topic (education and homosexuality)? Or still have pages from their high school textbooks that talk about homosexuality? I would appreciate it very much if you guys could share any of them with me.
