I can't sleep well, four discontinuous hours per day, masturbate from 6 to 8 times per day, self burning helped me before, not now, even by increasing the number of burnings, tried cigarettes to relax, no use..right now i am trying alcohols, thinking about drugs too..
I just want to cry, but i lost the ability
Want to sleep, deep peacefully sleep .

    It seems you're undergoing depression so I would just ask a few things if that's alright...

    Did you experience a break up recently or any kind of loss that is making you feel down? Because when I went through it, that's what triggered my own depression.

    If you have a daily routine right now, you should consider changing it, stressful or uneventful routines are one of the causes of depression, try to find some things that you love and you're good at and work on it, maybe join a gym or something similar. Your body would be tired from working out that it will help you sleep better at night.

    Drugs and alcohol will ruin your life, so please don't EVEN consider that! Out of the question. What you need is to introduce some new and healthy changes in your life.

    this is bad, well i can tell you one thing , i was in the same case as u , after a heart break ,
    i couldn't sleep , and i needed sleep so bad for my studies to relax etc ...
    so i started smoking and even drinking ( i wanted to try drugs but i didn't)
    well my mother is my savior she noticed that i don't sleep , so she told me to drink milk with a lot of honey ( oh trust me it helps to relax )
    and the second thing , is u have to look for something to make u stop thinking , if u can't sleep it means one thing u're thinking a lot

    suddenly i have fallen asleep for 11 hours
    woken up and fell much better
    just need sometime now for the burning marks to be healed

      Right you are!! hema...you are so intelligent it will come and but when you start being mindful you can will start to overcome it .....just know that you are not the cause of your bad feeling and there is nothing shameful when you want to seek change. You were damaged because you were taught wrong..thats why your inner child always cries and it wants YOU to listen. Its ok my friend. You will outgrow this because you are stronger than you think...just need to know the right approach.

    definitely!!! There are many resources, all you need is friend who will listen to you and a friend who will encourage you when you want to make all those positive changes....the thing I want to say is that change is painful...very painful.....and you must know this...i will share a podcast here, please listen to it the first part is what is relevant. I am sure it will help you my friend....and reach anyone here u like...we are all wonderful people
