Ready to leave this misery behind

After years of debating whether or not seeking asylum in Europe or Canada is worth it, I’ve finally come to the conclusion that it absolutely is. I used to literally shudder at the thought of escaping this country in the dead of night, but now I yearn for it. I’ve officially started applying to various Canadian LGBT organisations that specialise in helping queer asylum seekers (hopefully they agree to take my case); and whereas before I used to dread having to leave my home country, now I can’t wait for it. :heart::orange_heart::yellow_heart::green_heart::blue_heart::purple_heart:
