My friend loves me!
Lately I face a very critical situation because my friend seems to be in love with me and I couldn't love her back ! I try to persuade her by all possible and gentle means , there is no hope for her love but she insisted and go even more mad ... She is convinced now I am in love with someone else and I let her assume so ! she said that's hurting her even more because no one in this world can love me the way she do . Yesterday she send me a love song and a farewell letter contains of all sort of aching love ,a love that mixing with heavy tears , if you know what I mean !
I wanted to share my feeling with you my friend because I really feeling very bad and sorry for her . I hate when I am the reason for hurting my friends feelings! .

That's a hard situation to be in, especially for your friend, unfortunately. I also fell in love with my best friend but the difference was that she was straight. It is really hard to love someone who does not love you back.
Maybe you can write her a calm letter, informing her that she's mistaken, that you're not in love with anyone else and that you just want to be alone for now. Tell her you adore her as your friend but nothing more and that you would love to stay friends with her, and that she will find the right person one day who is an amazing fit for her. You can tell her that you understand that this is a hard time and willing to give her time and space. It will be a shame to lose your friendship over something like this. This way she knows that you made an effort to remain in contact with her, so she doesn't assume that you don't care about her and her feelings for you or your friendship in general.

Hi honey, quite an issue you have there! If you're honest about it then there should be no hard feelings. If we forced ourselves to love everyone who loved us there will be no true love in the world and we have to be okay about hurting people every once in a while because it's better than being untruthful. I think she will really get over this in due time. Leave the lines of communication between you two open so that she knows you still appreciate her friendship regardless of the awkwardness caused by this. Being rejected is never easy but neither is being the person who rejects! It's hard either way.

thanks for your advice really thanks ... You know from the beginning I cling to honesty & told her when she ask me , I am not in love with her and we have to be friends but she refuse to accept that fact . You are right Butterfly we can't love everyone who loves us .Mutual love is a gift, harmony is necessary to sing a love song .But it seems I am a little bit sensitive that's why I hate hurting her feelings .I know how being rejected cause a hell of pain ! I will do all I can to keep her friendship & hope things won't get worse

i had a same issue with my friend many years ago i explained to her everything to her face she completely understood and even apologized for making things difficult b/w us. she told me we cant talk for a few weeks to get over it and then we became good friends again. it takes time but it will be ok she wont be hurt for long and she needs to get used to this feeling of rejection because we always experience it and she needs to learn how to deal with it like an adult am sure she will crush on more people and not all of them will agree to go out with her so she needs to train herself from now how to psychologically and emotionally handle issues like these. ure doing the right thing and dont worry. maybe her first reaction will be negative but then she realizes her mistake and come back to ur friendship again.

You know she is just acting a little bit childish if I can say . I really respects her feelings and even though she refused to have contacts with me any more, and deleted me from her face book account , I hope she will come back to her rational sense and return to our friendship because friendship is very precious.

I would say she is being a bit more than childish, people do this usually when they're also a bit attention seeking. Don't give her any attention for this. If your friendship was just as valuable to her as it is to you she will realize her mistake and come back when she's over this phase. Don't feel guilty about anything because you've done nothing wrong! She should've found another way to deal with this than deleting you from her life.

i think u should be true to urself and ask urself if u want to be with her or not , and if she's close to u u should be honest with her and tell her why or why-not u 2 should be together .
personally i don't recommend friends to date cuz dating is so full drama and problems , especially where we live, and that could jeopardize ur friendship , so when i rly like someone as a friend, i keep it that way ... even if that means ill stay single longer, but atleast ill have a friend , u know !
